The part in red is the url where the link points to and will ultimately direct traffic to when someone clicks on the link.
The part in blue is what is referred to as your anchor text and this is the part that a reader will actually see online. With anchored text it’s important to use the keywords that you have chosen to optimize your site around. Every time you get and anchored link back to your site for a particular keyword, you build your sites authority for that keyword and google basically ses links as “votes” for your website so they gradually move you up the search engine rankings.
